Basic Info

We hope you consider us, Gillett UTV Rentals, for your UTV experience. We would love to accommodate everyone, however there are rules that need to be followed.

Renters:

Gillett UTV Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 25, just like renting a car. The driver must provide us with a valid drivers license when picking up the machine on the day of the rental. We are insured by MBA Insurance. MBA requires that every renter must purchase a $15 insurance plan on the day of pickup that covers your entire day of riding. A major credit card needs to be provided to us on day of rental pickup to keep on file for incidentals if need be.

Helmets:

While Helmets are not required for anyone over the age of 18 (we recommend them though), helmets are REQUIRED to worn by anyone under the age of 18 (minors). We understand that not everyone may have a suitable helmet in their possession, which is why we have them available to rent for you.

Cancellation:

We know that weather can be a fickle thing and is out of yours and our control, however we do not give refunds due to the rain. Our machines are equipped with windshields and roofs so riding in the rain is no big deal! If you do wish to cancel your rental, we have some options for you. If you choose to cancel 7 days before your rental, you will be charged $100.00. If you choose to cancel 3 days before you will be charged the entire amount of the rental.

Pick Up:

All machines must be picked up at 10am on day of rental and be brought back by 6pm on same day (with exception of 2-Day and Weekly Rentals), unless other arrangements have been made. We understand that you might want to hit those trails earlier or even later, if that is the case just shoot us a text, call, email, or even a Facebook message and we would be happy to set up a time that works for you.
